Question: Palm beach real estate - is it worth buying?

My grandfather wants to buy real estate in Palm Beach, Florida. I really don't want my Grandpa to move to Florida. He found this pretty amazing house on http:/ / susanpolon.com It's the house featured in the video on the page. Is it worth it.

If you looked at the site. This Palm Beach Property is amazing. It's like something out of fairy tale. Properties like this should keep their value. Tell your gramps to enjoy Florida, there is plenty of Golfing. There are some amazing homes for sale on that site.
